Well, here at 'ESD' I am all set to Christmas it up at the Apron Design Market. You can find me on the Apron from 4-9pm Friday the 18th, and 9-4pm on Saturday the 19th! If you are about come and say hi - and, there are awesome goodies to be won while you are there!

I am excited to let you all know that I have relocated my studio/workshop to Salamanca Arts Centre, an exciting time going out on my own as a solo studio Jeweller! Stay tuned for new work emerging as a result of my new creative space!

The very first Barn Market for 2011 will be held on the 12th of February @ The Barn, from 10am - 3pm. Come along and check out some of the great local products and produce on the Eastern Shore.

International Jewellery Design Excellence Award
I am very excited to let you all know that I have been awarded a prize in the International Jewellery Design Excellence Award, which is held in Hong Kong (coinciding with the International Jewellery Trade Fair).
My 'Precious Limb Bangle' was entered in the IJDE Award last year following my award in the Australian Jewellery Design Awards. I have been awarded one of 12 prizes - The Merit Award.

Australia Council for The Arts = New Work!
After recovering from the Tasmanian Craft Fair for 2010, I am now well under way with planning, designing and prototyping new work towards a project which will be funded by the Australia Council for the Arts. I have been extremely lucky to have been awarded an Emerging Artists Grant (New Work). I hope to exhibit the project in September 2011 - dates TBA.

Tasmanian Craft Fair 2010
Four lovely days in Deloraine (Northern Tasmania) and the Tasmanian Craft Fair is all over! I was very lucky to be selected as this years 'Emerging Artist' - and as a result was given a fabulous spot (front and centre) in Venue #5. I had a very successful fair (even though it was my fisrt appreance) and would like to thank the Craft Fair Committee, The Rotary Club of Deloraine, all the volunteers, Paula Catchpole, Nikki Atkins and last but not least John Dare (Craft Fair Director) for all of their hard work, support and help both during the lead up and over the five days we were there! A fantastic job by a fantastic community.

Tasmanian Craft Fair 2010
The countdown is on... only 19 days till the start of the Tasmanian Craft Fair for 2010. I am pleased to announce that I have been selected as this years emerging artist. I will be exhibiting in Venue #5, the Community Complex, stall number 510!

September has been a busy month - between getting organised for the Deloraine Craft Fair and making extra stock for Xmas... well, its been busy!
